I’m an ourmedia.org moderator!

I volunteered to be a guest moderator over at ourmedia.org. Pretty fun go to through the archives to find my featured item suggestions. My favorite, by far is Pearl Harbor II: Pearlmageddon. Hilarious and well done.

    Great stuff, but a professional video company that produced this piece. It'd be great if you highlighted some of the artistic endeavors of amateur individuals. Isn't that the longer tail anyway?

    I think this movie, while done by professionals, fits the "long tail" model perfectly. This isn't Shrek 3 or Spiderman 5. It's an amazingly funny, well done movie from folks who aren't getting the recognition they deserve elsewhere.


    Why NOT highlight them?



    Oh, and to check out the rest of my recommendations, you'll see that I've recommended non-professionals too.
