You are absolutely right.
I wish corporate marketers would all approach their programs with the notion that everyone benefits.
I've seen so many marketers (especially lately) who are interested in "viral marketing" programs without knowing exactly why it's important (from a viral perspective) to give back. Whether the giving be through laughter, a glimpse into a better product, a social notion, or some such thing.
Count me in with you and Tara (and many others) at the Summit. And thank you for giving back to the world by blogging it.
