    I just saw a commercial (for DHL) with the motif, "Where has customer service gone?" It was hilarious, and reminded me of this thread. I'm glad to see that you got a satisfactory (if not stellar) resolution to the issue. And it seems you've gotten a few new fans, too.

    It is amazing to me the "stepping over dollars to pick up pennies," approach that not just airlines but providers of other services seem to have adopted. You have been more accepting in your response than I. To me a C+ is garbage for the amount of time and expense you have put into their airline. In today's age we can get services of all types from many different companies. So providers beware, your customer service is the only thing you have going for you.
